At Norma Design, we want your shopping experience to be safe, smooth, and transparent. Below you will find all the information about handling, delivery, warranty, returns, and claims.
Handling Time
We start processing your order as soon as it has been placed. Normally, it takes 2–3 business days before the package is shipped, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, campaigns, or sales, handling time may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Once the package has been shipped, it usually takes 5–10 business days to reach you, depending on the shipping company and delivery address. Please note that factors beyond our control – such as weather, transport delays, or customs clearance – may affect delivery time.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer free and trackable shipping on all orders.
If you have special requests, you can contact us to explore the possibility of express shipping at an additional cost.
Address Changes
If you need to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at kontact@norma-design.com
We will do our best to update the address, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you received your order.
Conditions for Returns

The product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, undamaged, with all tags intact and in the original packaging.

You may of course try the product as you would in a physical store, but it must not be used in a way that prevents it from being resold.

Products that have been used, washed, modified, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

You must be able to provide your order number or receipt.
Return Process

Contact us at kontact@norma-design.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions and the return address.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. At this time, we do not provide free return labels.

Returns sent without first contacting us will unfortunately not be accepted.
Refunds

When we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you a confirmation by email.

If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase within up to 7 business days.

The exact time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note that the original shipping cost and return postage are non-refundable.
Returns after 30 days
We cannot accept returns that are sent back after 30 days.
Damages, Errors & Claims
We always want you to feel secure when shopping with us. If something went wrong, we will help you right away.

Wrong product or size: Contact us within 48 hours at kontact@norma-design.com and we will send you the correct item at no extra cost.

Damaged or defective product: Contact us within 24 hours with photo or video evidence. Once the claim is approved, we will send a replacement product free of charge.

Issues reported later than 30 days: For defects reported after 30 days, we offer a replacement but not a refund.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange a product for another size or model? Please follow the return process above. Once we have received and approved the return, you can place a new order.
A shipping fee of 6£ applies to exchanges.
Cancellations & Changes
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, which sometimes makes changes difficult to carry out in time.
However, you may cancel or change your order within 60 minutes of placing it.

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected or is refused upon delivery, a fee of 30£ will be charged to cover our administrative costs and return shipping.
Warranty
In addition to your statutory rights under consumer law, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products.
The warranty covers:

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or lack of maintenance

How the warranty works
If a fault occurs within the warranty period, please contact us at kontact@norma-design.com with your order number and a description of the problem (preferably with photos or video).
We will then either:

Repair the product, or

Replace it with a new one, or
-
Refund the purchase price if neither of the above is possible.
The warranty does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.
